Q:  How much  does  it  cost to  reserve  The  Dunlavy  for  a  private  event?
A:  Cost  is  based  on  a  food  and  beverage  minimum. Food  and  beverage  minimums vary depending  on  the  day  of the  week  and  time  of the year.

Q:  Can only the patio be reserved for a private event?
A:  When The Dunlavy is reserved for an event, the whole space is included. It is up to the guest how they use the space, once it is reserved. However, we do not reduce food and beverage minimum for parties that would only like to utilize the patio. 

Q: What time can private events begin at The Dunlavy?
A: Events at The Dunlavy can begin as early as 5pm. Complex  setup and menu selection may require events to begin later than 5pm. Events requiring heavy décor or removal of furniture may fall into the category of a later start time.

Q: Can The Dunlavy accommodate parties during restaurant hours?
A: The Kitchen at The Dunlavy serves breakfast and lunch from 7am-2pm and cannot accommodate private parties or reservations during business hours. The Kitchen at The Dunlavy is casual counter service with communal style seating.

Q:  What are parking accommodations and requirements when hosting a private event at The Dunlavy?  
A: The Dunlavy requires valet parking for private. A set up fee of $150 and an additional $7 per car and will be included in your final bill. Events over 150 attendees are subject to an additional staffing fee.

Q:  Is security required for private events and how many officers are needed?
A:  Security is required for all events at The Dunlavy. An officer is required for every 100 persons in attendance. For parties less than 100, an officer is still required.

Q:  Can The Dunlavy accommodate photoshoots?
A:  Photo shoot requests can be accommodated 14 days out or less on Mondays that The Dunlavy is not reserved for private events. There is a staffing fee associated and subject to a moving fee as well. Please call us to further discuss specific details.

Q:  Can The Dunlavy be host to a wedding ceremony rehearsal?
A:  Due to the large number of events we host, we are unable to guarantee the space availability for a ceremony rehearsal.
